The Masai Mara's main airfield, IATA!WPW, will close to all traffic from March 29 onwards to allow for major maintenance works.

The closure has been coordinated with surrounding safari camps to avoid the busy Easter weekend. As such, scheduled operators AirKenya (P2, Nairobi Wilson) and Safarilink Aviation (F2, Nairobi Wilson) have moved their respective Keekorok operations to Olkiombo Airstrip for the duration of the works.
