Lao Central Airlines (Vientiane) has launched charter operations with its first ex-Jetairfly (Brussels National) B737-400 on January 3. It is planning to launch scheduled services from Vientiane to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi later this spring when it will also add a second ex-Blue Air (Romania) (BLA, Bucharest Henri Coanda) B737-400.
