FlyOne (5F, Chisinau International) has completed the acquisition of an A319-100 to be operated by its FlyOne (Armenia) (3F, Yerevan) subsidiary out of its Yerevan base.

ER-00002 (msn 1618) is a 20.5-year-old aircraft which has been operated by the Moldovan carrier since 2017. Until now, it was on lease from Genesis Aircraft Services, the ch-aviation fleets ownership module suggests. It has been parked at Kaunas International for maintenance since April 8, 2022. It is the only aircraft owned by FlyOne either in Moldova or Armenia.

FlyOne (Armenia) does not have any aircraft registered in Armenia. Both A320-200s that operate for the carrier on its scheduled network out of Yerevan remain registered in Moldova, along with a further two A320s that fly for FlyOne out of Chisinau International.

The Armenian airline is a 54/46 joint venture between a trio of Armenian entrepreneurs and FlyOne. Last year, it also had plans to add an A321-200 to its growing fleet.
