Luxair (LG, Luxembourg) has settled on acquiring a pair of second-hand B737-700s to meet its 2019 capacity growth projection forecasts.

The airline said in a statement the two Boeing narrowbody jets would feature 142 seats and are slated to arrive in each of March and May 2019. They will be used to develop key routes and launch new destinations for its tour operator, LuxairTours, in particular.

Once delivered, Luxair's fleet will entail four B737-700s, four B737-800s, and eleven Dash 8-400s.
