Rico Taxi Aéreo (Manaus International) has phased out the sole Citation Excel it operated, ch-aviation research shows.

The 24.9-year-old aircraft, PR-LPG (msn 560-5095), is configured for eight passengers and was based at Brasília Juscelino Kubitschek International. It had been operated by Rico Táxi Aéreo since 2022.

Following this retirement, Rico Táxi Aéreo's executive jet charter fleet now comprises a single sister-variant Citation XLS, while another unit has been stored at Lakeland since October 2024.

The company's air taxi operations also include six Cessna 208s (in both land and amphibious variants), two E110s (with two more stored), and two King Air C90s. Additionally, Rico Táxi Aéreo privately operates one Cessna 208, an E120 (with five units stored), a King Air B200, and a King Air B300 currently in storage.

The retired Citation Excel has since been added to the fleet of TAP Aviation (São Paulo Congonhas), although it is not available for air taxi operations. TAP Aviation's charter fleet includes three Citation Jet 2s (with one more unit stored). The company also privately operates a Citation M2 added in April, another Citation Jet 2 added in May, and a G150, currently stored.
