Private Jet Center (PJC, Zelienople) has launched a fractional co-ownership programme called BluShare with two newly delivered nine-seat Citation XLS Gen2s ordered in 2024 in partnership with Jets.com.
The operator oversees maintenance, crew scheduling, and operations of the two jets included in the programme.
The first factory-new aircraft, N540PJ (msn 560-6378), was ferried on July 31 from Textron Aviation's Wichita Eisenhower production facilities to Zelienople, where it is based, under the company's 'PJC' code. It remained parked until September 13 and has been active since. The second Citation XLS Gen2, N640PJ (msn 560-6380), was ferried on September 4 in the same way and remains parked at Zelienople.
Beyond fractional ownership and aircraft management, Private Jet Center also offers charter services. As of July, the carrier's Part 135-certified fleet primarily comprised Citation-series aircraft, including two Citation Jet 3s, after retiring two units in the past 12 months, a Citation Jet 4 Gen2 added in January, six Citation XLS jets, and a Citation Sovereign, alongside a Challenger 604.
The company's website lists a 9.9-year-old G280, N283BA (msn 2090), and a 16.9-year-old G450, N986S (msn 4140), both based at Pittsburgh Allegheny County, as available for charter, although neither appears on the latest Federal Aviation Administration Part 135 records. The G450 seats up to 16 passengers and has been operating under the 'PJC' code since 2021, while the G280 is a 10-seat aircraft which began flying under the same code in January 2025.
Until December 2024, this G280 was formerly on the Part 135 fleet of L.J. Aviation (LJY, Latrobe), whose certificate included two other G280s in July, alongside 15 other Gulfstream Aerospace, Bombardier Business Aircraft, and Textron aircraft.
