Deliveries of the first two B737-8s for TAROM (RO, Bucharest Henri Coanda) have been delayed by as much as half a year. The Romanian flag carrier was due to take the first two units of the type on lease from CDB Aviation in December 2025 and January 2026, but now expects to induct the type only around June 2026. The airline also expects two B737-8s on lease from Avolon and five on a direct order from Boeing.
