Boursa Kuwait has announced that regulatory approval has been granted for Boodai Reliance Real Estate to acquire a 16.65% stake in Jazeera Airways (J9, Kuwait) for KWD64.1 million dinars (USD209.2 million). The Capital Markets Authority approved the purchase of 36,639,089 shares at KWD1.75 (USD5.71) per share. Boodai Reliance Real Estate is the investment arm of Boodai Corporation. The deal was announced on January 19, subject to regulatory clearing.
