NetJets Aviation (EJA, Columbus John Glenn, OH) is planning to build a 14,000-square-foot (1,300-square-metre) terminal and an 80,000-square-foot maintenance hangar (7,432-square-metre) at Dallas Love Field, as part of a project called Dallas NetJets Campus covering over 100,000 square feet (9,290 square metres). Construction is expected to begin in November 2026, to be completed by May 2028, with a total estimated cost of USD35 million.

The first phase includes the demolition of six existing hangars and a terminal building. The second phase involves the construction of the new terminal, while the final phase covers the hangar and other campus-area developments.
