NetJets Aviation (EJA, Columbus John Glenn, OH) is planning to build an 8,000-square-foot (743-square-metre) terminal, along with 106,000 square feet (9,848 square metres) of airside ramp at Austin-Bergstrom International, at an estimated cost of USD19.5 million. Construction is expected to begin on January 26, 2027, with completion scheduled for June 22, 2028.

This potential project follows NetJets' plans in Texas for a 14,000-square-foot (1,300-square-metre) terminal and 80,000-square-foot (7,432-square-metre) maintenance hangar at Dallas Love Field as part of a project called Dallas NetJets Campus covering over 100,000 square feet (9,290 square metres). Construction is expected to begin in November 2026 and be completed by May 2028, at a total estimated cost of USD35 million.
