NetJets Aviation (EJA, Columbus John Glenn, OH) is adding new terminals at Rifle, Dallas Love Field, and Washington Dulles, while relocating to a new, larger facility at West Palm Beach President Donald J. Trump International. The Dallas Love Field facility, as previously reported by ch-aviation, will include a terminal and maintenance hangar totalling nearly 114,000 square feet (10,590 square metres) and is scheduled to open in late 2028. At Washington Dulles, NetJets will convert the first two floors of a three-story Signature Aviation facility into a 14,000-square-foot (1,300-square-metre) terminal, with construction due to begin in early 2027.
At Rifle, a 6,000-square-foot (557-square-metre) terminal and new hangar are expected to open by early 2027, ahead of Aspen's seven-month closure for renovations. Finally, at West Palm Beach, NetJets will move to a 15,000-square-foot (1,394-square-metre) facility, compared with the current 10,000-square-foot (930-square-metre) terminal.
