The notification follows the execution of the will of long-time Lufthansa Group shareholder Klaus‑Michael Kühne, who died on August 23, 2026. On August 31, 2026, FROMER Services GmbH was appointed executor of his estate, which led to a new attribution of voting rights under German law. The disclosure identifies Thomas Stähelin, a Swiss lawyer and longstanding associate of Kühne, as the person at the top of the relevant reporting chain, above FROMER Services, Kühne Holding, and Kühne Aviation.
