JAL - Japan Airlines (JL, Tokyo Haneda) and logistics company NX Group have signed a freighter capacity agreement using a B747-400F, operated by Atlas Air, on a 1x weekly Los Angeles International-Tokyo Narita-Taipei Taoyuan-Singapore Changi-Tokyo Narita-Los Angeles circuit. The first flight under the new partnership operated on October 2, 2026. The companies said the service targets growing AI- and semiconductor-related demand, including server racks, data-centre equipment, and other oversized and high-value cargo.
