SkyWork Airlines (Bern) has added a second ex-Lynx Aviation (USA) Dash 8-400 and a second ex-Cirrus Airlines (C9/Saarbrücken) Do328-110. It is planning to add a third ex-Republic Airlines (RW/Chicago O’Hare) in fall to expand its route network from Berne: Berne-Amsterdam: daily Do328-110 service starting on October 30 (replacing seasonal Rotterdam route) Berne-Belgrade: 2x weekly Do328-110 service has started on November 1 Berne-Berlin Schönefeld: 2x daily Do328-110 service has started on December 6 (not Berlin Tegel as previously reported) Berne-Budapest: 2x weekly Do328-110 service starting on October 31 Berne-Elba: weekly seasonal Do328-110 service has started on May 7 Berne-Ibiza: weekly seasonal Dash 8-400 service has started on June 3 Berne-London City: 6x weekly Dash 8-400 service has started on March 27 Berne-Madrid: 4x weekly Do328-110 service starting on October 31 Berne-Milan Malpensa: 2x daily Do328-110 service starting on September 5 Berne-Palma de Mallorca: 2x weekly seasonal Dash 8-400 service has started on April 7 Berne-Rome Fiumicino: 5x weekly Do328-110 service starting on September 5 Berne-Vienna: 6x weekly Do328-110 service starting on September 5 It had temporarily wet-leased a BAe 146-200 from WDL Aviation (W1/Cologne/Bonn) to cover for delivery delays of its second Dash 8-400. Sky Work has announced plans to launch feeder services from Lugano to Berne from March 2012.
