Airseven (Copenhagen Roskilde) has taken delivery of its first B737-800 and plans to add a second by the end of the year, according to the local news aviation website Check-in.dk.

OY-ASD (msn 29674) was ferried from storage at Woensdrecht to Copenhagen Roskilde on December 2, 2022, but has yet to be inducted into service. The 13-year-old jet is owned by Air Lease Corporation and was originally delivered to Norwegian (Oslo Gardermoen) before heading to Ukraine International Airlines (PS, Kyiv Boryspil).

The aircraft will be operated on behalf of the virtual leisure carrier by Copenhagen AirTaxi (CAT, Copenhagen Roskilde).

Airseven is owned by tour operator Primo Tours and currently has three B737-400s in its fleet, all three of which are also operated by Copenhagen Air Taxi. The virtual carrier did not respond to ch-aviation's query on whether the -800s would replace any of the -400s or be added on top of them to the fleet.
