Air Charter Scotland (EDC, Perth Scone) had added a first Citation Jet 4 to its charter fleet, the company announced. The aircraft is registered in Norway and operated by Sundt Air (MDT, Oslo Gardermoen).

The 7.5-year-old jet, LN-BEM (msn 525C-0269), is configured for up to seven passengers and is based at Trondheim. It joined Sundt Air's fleet in late 2022 and will continue to be operated by the Norwegian company.

This Citation Jet 4 joins Air Charter Scotland's charter fleet, which comprises a Citation Latitude, a Legacy 500, a Praetor 600, and a Legacy 650. All jets are on the carrier's air operator's certificate (AOC), which also includes a Citation Jet 2 parked at Oxford Kidlington since October 2024. Air Charter Scotland retired another Citation Jet 2 in August, a Citation Jet 1 in late 2024, and a Falcon 7X earlier this year.

In Malta, Air Charter Scotland Europe operates two Citation Excels and two Challenger 350s, following the phase-out of a Citation Jet 2+ in September.

Separately, in addition to the Citation Jet 4, Sundt Air's fleet includes a Challenger 350, (another one was retired in September), a Falcon 7X, and two Beech (twin turboprop) aircraft, namely a King Air B200 and a King Air B350 used for airborne surveillance and flight inspection operations. The company phased out the Challenger 604 type in July.

Sundt Air is part of Sundt Air Group, which also includes Sundt Air Management, a Part-NCC unit serving as a corporate flight division and managing a Falcon 8X, a King Air B200, and a King Air B260.
